•        Recipient data is used exclusively for fulfilling the specific order it was provided for.

•        We do not add recipients to any marketing list or contact them for promotional purposes.

•        Recipient data is stored securely and permanently deleted within 90 days of order completion unless the Client requests otherwise for reorder purposes.

•        We do not share recipient data with any third party other than our courier partners (for delivery purposes only).

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

•        Courier & Logistics Partners: We share delivery addresses and recipient phone numbers with our courier partners solely for order fulfillment.

•        Payment Processors: Payment details are processed securely by our payment gateway partners (Razorpay/PayU or similar). We do not store your full credit/debit card details.

•        Platform Providers: Our website is hosted on Shopify. Your data may be stored on Shopify’s servers as part of our e-commerce operations. Shopify’s privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy.

•        Analytics Services: We use Google Analytics 4 and similar tools to understand website traffic. These tools collect anonymized usage data.

•        Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government regulation.

•        Marketing email lists: Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
