Welcome to Print Professionals Gifting. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing this website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

•        “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Print Professionals Gifting, a division of Print Professionals, headquartered in New Delhi, India.

•        “Client,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual, company, or organization that uses our website or places an order for corporate gifting products and services.

•        “Products” refers to all corporate gifts, hampers, merchandise, and related services offered by us.

•        “Order” refers to a confirmed purchase request placed by the Client, including all specifications, quantities, branding requirements, and delivery details.

2. Eligibility

By using this website and placing orders, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of yourself or your organization.

3. Orders & Proposals

•        All orders begin with an inquiry. Based on your requirements, we provide a detailed proposal including product specifications, pricing, branding mockups, and delivery timeline.

•        An order is considered confirmed only after you have approved the proposal in writing (email confirmation is sufficient) and the required advance payment has been received.

•        We reserve the right to decline or modify an order if the requested products are unavailable, the requirements are not feasible, or the order does not meet our minimum criteria.

•        Order details (product type, quantity, branding specifications, delivery address) cannot be changed after production has begun, except as outlined in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. Pricing & Payment

•        All prices quoted in proposals are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

•        Pricing is valid for 15 days from the date of the proposal. After this period, prices may be subject to revision.

•        For orders above ₹50,000, a 50% advance payment is required to initiate production. The remaining balance is due before dispatch.

•        For orders below ₹50,000, full payment is required before production begins.

•        We accept payments via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, credit/debit cards, and company cheques.

•        GST-compliant invoices are issued for all orders.

•        Late payments may result in delayed production and dispatch.

5. Custom Branding & Design

•        You are responsible for providing accurate logo files, brand guidelines, and branding specifications. We are not liable for printing errors resulting from incorrect or low-resolution files provided by the Client.

•        We provide digital mockups for your approval before production. Once you approve a mockup, any subsequent changes may incur additional design and production charges.

•        Approved mockups serve as the reference standard for the final product. Minor variations in color between digital screens and physical prints are inherent to the printing process and do not constitute a defect.

6. Intellectual Property

•        All logos, brand names, and artwork provided by the Client remain the intellectual property of the Client. We use these solely for fulfilling the Client’s order and do not claim any ownership.

•        The Client warrants that they have the legal right to use all logos, images, and content provided for branding. We are not responsible for any intellectual property infringement arising from the Client’s provided materials.

•        Our website content, product images, designs, and branding are the intellectual property of Print Professionals Gifting and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without our written permission.

•        We may use anonymized photographs of completed orders for our portfolio and marketing materials unless the Client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

7. Product Quality & Acceptance

•        We are committed to delivering products that match the approved specifications and mockups.

•        For large orders, we offer pre-production samples for approval (sample charges may apply).

•        Products are deemed accepted unless a written complaint is received within 48 hours of delivery, as outlined in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

•        We do not guarantee specific outcomes (such as recipient satisfaction or business impact) from corporate gifting.

8. Delivery & Risk

•        Delivery timelines and terms are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

•        Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Client upon successful delivery to the specified address. For individual doorstep deliveries, risk transfers upon delivery to each recipient.

•        We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Limitation of Liability

•        Our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for that specific order.

•        We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.

•        We are not responsible for any losses resulting from the Client’s failure to provide accurate information (addresses, branding files, specifications).

11. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Print Professionals Gifting harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Client’s use of our services, the Client’s provided branding materials, or any breach of these Terms.

12. Confidentiality

We treat all Client information, order details, recipient lists, and business requirements as confidential. We do not share Client data with any third party except as necessary for order fulfillment (e.g., courier partners for delivery).

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

•        These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

•        Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through mutual negotiation.

•        If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on this page. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
